I visit England about 3 -4 times a year...I am in love with British women!! They seem to take a liking to my "yankee" accent. Has anyone had success with Trans - Atlantic dating? I never had taken things too seriously because I don't think it would work, but I am finding myself more and more wanting to try it out!!

Thanx we love the yanks too, i'm british myself but i've never been interested in dating someone oversea's b/c it won't ever work for me but it can work for other ppl. Why don't you go onto dating websites and look on there for british girls.

hi thats a really interesting concept,lol, i would imagine there are many people myself included who's do not wish to meet a husband(ive had one already,lol) for whatever reason and are not looking for a long term live in relationship or whatever and the idea of having a relationship with someone who isnt there 24/7 would suit them down to the ground. I have a guy that i see very occasionally in Italy and we text and chat inbetween and hes even teaching me italian by email,haha but its nice and theres no commitment or hassle but we can see each other if we want to and (and this is the only point against this) when we can afford to visit each other. On the whole i think this is a fabulous idea and what a great way to explore other countries and experience new stuff! Package it and sell it my man...i think it would work, good luck with it x

Hmm not sure I have had a 2 year relationship and I am at one end of England and he is at the other end and that is a nightmare so not sure about trans atlantic. I guess it depends on what you both want and if you get serious you need to have plans to be together eventually otherwise what would be the point?

I have never tried it so i cant recommend it to you, i think people should be open to new things anyway, even if it doesnt work out... and yea, british women rock :)
