is there anything at all that helps that is over the counter?

i dont know i have OCD too but i never heard of anything

Yes there is medication but you must see your doctor.
Nothing over the counter.
You have to get a proper diagnosis and if needed the doctor can prescribe appropriate medication.
There is no magic cure however.

I hate to tell you this, but since it is considered a form of anxiety disorder, the best treatment is psychological counseling. my husband has it and no meds have ever been recommended.
