The noodles themselves are not fatty...the fact that they were fried before packages into instant noodles makes them unhealthy. The trick is to boil the noodles, and after drain the water you boiled it in. Put the noodles in another pot of boiled water and add the seasoning. All the fatty oils will be removed and you can still enjoy the same taste. On the other hand, if you can buy the instant noodles that aren't fried (already soft in the package), you can avoid the whole water replacement.

you should probably cut down on the fatty things like crisps and pot noodles but otherwise it seems fine. as long as you continue to exercise on a regular basis you can eat what you want. a good tip is to eat more in the morning and not to eat late at night as if you eat something in the morning it will be burned off by your activity during that day and if you eat carbohydrates late at night they just get stored as fat because you don't burn them as you sleep

Pasta noodles are NEVER good for you in any situation. They are void of any valuable nutrients, they don't digest properly, and they're loaded w/calories and carbs. I've been eating noodles almost every day for about 3 weeks now and I feel like I am going to DIE. I'm literally crumbling. I DO NOT recommend this to anyone.

you should look at the packaging to see what the fat content is. Nothing is bad for you if eaten in moderation.

Unprocessed foods are the best of all, because you can control what goes into them. But this does mean you need to cook, instead of just reheating.

I have no clue what those are, but almost all kinds of noodles are high in carbs. Anything can be bad for you if it's not in moderation.
