i know him since last year and he is the most amazing guy i have ever met.. we are pretty close as friends and i'm afraid that he will think i'm just pulling his legs if i told him that i really like him.. i really like this guy and i don't want anything to be more difficult than it is now if things don't turn out well..

There are many ways to let a guy know that you're interested in him. Do you think he may like you? If you think he does (and even if you're not sure), the absolute best way to tell him is, well... to tell him flat out how you feel. I'll be honest, the majority of the time, when a girl tells a guy that she likes him or has a crush on him, the guy will laugh (more out of nervousness though than out of finding it funny), but that really is the only way to tell him so that he actually knows it.

This should work. Do it as soon as possible before someone does it before you do.

I, me personally am someone if I like the person I just come out and say it, but before saying something you think may ruin the friendship, sit down with him see what thinks of you, and if by chance you think right there and then is to tell him remember he is just a friend, and remember to tell him that you do not want to lose a good friend like him because you like him and you hope that it does not get weird or anything, cause his friendship means more to you then anything else.

Just tell him, but remember if you take the next step, you run the risk of losing everything if things don't work out. But hey, life is a crap shoot anyway, so don't be affraid to try, just think things through before you act.
