Who told you to worship Adam? Nowhere in the Bible are we ever taught to worship Adam.
Instead of asking any of us why we even know why satan is satan, why don't you read the Bible and learn for yourself and get the facts straight.

they describe him as being the wisest of all God's created beings, for he was "the model of perfection, full of wisdom." Presumably he used this wisdom to occupy the highest and most important post in the administration of the universe. Second, he is said to have been the most beautiful of God's creatures, for he was "perfect in beauty." The imagery by which this beauty is elaborated is that of precious stones. We are probably right in supposing that by this imagery the prophet is suggesting what we know to be true in other ways, namely, that Satan, like any other created being, was made to reflect God's glory and that the failure to do this plunged him into moral and spiritual darkness.Satan was probably what we would call God's prime minister, to use a human analogy. He was to speak for God, administering the universe in God's name. He was to direct the worship and obedience of all created beings back to God. This was a very high position, indeed the highest possible position save that of God Himself. But he was still a creature rather than the Creator, and when he aspired to be more than a creature he sinned. The text says tersely and without any further explanation, "You were blameless in your ways from the day you were created till wickedness was found in you" (Ezekiel 28:v. 15).Satan declares with emphasis, "I will make myself like the Most High. Here is the key to the pride of Satan. God is revealed as El Elyon, the Most High God, and in this character he is 'the possessor of heaven and earth.' This is what Lucifer wanted to be. His rebellion was not a request for God to move over so that he might share God's throne. It was a thrust at God himself. It was an attempt to put God out so that Satan might take his place as possessor of the heavens and the earth."
Satan is a creature, as Ezekiel 28:15 makes abundantly clear, and therefore he does not possess the divine attributes. He is powerful, but limited.

interesting that you should write that the way you do; for that is the case.
OUt of jealosy; Iblis (whom we call satan) was jealous that His Father had another in His life to take some of his Father's attention away from him. Iblis looked upon Adam as an abomination because he was made from dust. And Iblis, being formed out of the Fire of God, felt that he was above that; little realizing the Adam was more in God's image than he was. For Adam was the original Human, as JAH Almighty is the Original God; He from Whom all gods come from.
But if you are Count Iblis, you will bow down in the due time. For the Lion of Juda will prevail. Selah.
Will you still consider H.i.m. an abomination then?
p.s.
uh... Ash... he is not in the bottomless pit yet; that time is not yet come

satan is satan because he use to be a great and mighty angel in the kingdom of God, he tried to over power God and he was cast out of the god's kingdom and thrown into the bottomless pit of hell. As for God telling you to worship Adam, ummm thats doubtfull Adam was only a man he's dead now he can't hear you, and worshiping him would be pointless!

You must have evil in order to understand good. Remember the learning process I discussed with you earlier. I don't blame you at all for not believing you should worship Adam, you did not have peace with that so apparently it was not the truth. The learning process stops once the soul believes that it has learned everything, and it closes itself to accepting further instruction. My friend, I believe you have a decision to make. Are you a student, or do you already know everything?

JIBBA JABBA,
"Do any of you even really know why Satan is Satan?"
He rebelled against God. God cursed him. He's not saved. Nor is he savable.
"God made Adam, and he told me to worship Adam, I didnt want to, do you really blame me?"
God only wants certain people. If you say that you don't want to worship Adam, that's good, because God wants you to only worship Him. He's the only one who is worthy of prayer and other forms of worship.

What?
No you got it wrong - read Genesis and you will see that God created Adam and Eve perfect and to live in perfect surroundings.
He told them to "fill the earth and subdue it"
What a nice prospect laid ahead of them to basically live forever in perfect conditions.
Now there was an angel who was jealous of God and wanted the worship that rightly belonged to God so he deceived Eve in eating from the forbidden tree and thus sin against God - of course lying to Eve saying that God just didn't want them to eat so they don't become God like him. Well obviously it was a lie because look at us now. But again God has promised that soon he will totally remove the Devil and his angels and continue on with his original purpose. Imagine a day to God is a thousand to us - so we think its been veryyyyyyyyyyyyy long and he's waiting but no it hasn't even been a week to him.
Anyways Satan got him name because he slandered God and lied against him. He questioned Gods right to rule and both humans listened to him instead of listening to the one who created them so they lost out, but we right now have the opportunity to show ourselves to God and obey him today.
We learn how through his word the bible.

Its pretty interesting...

Huh?! You're just joshin' us, aren't you, Mr. T? We all know that Satan was one of the angels who are created specifically to serve and worship God. Satan thought that he was just as great as God and decided to break from
God and go on his own to prove it. Y'know it had nothing to do with Adam, right, Mr. T?

God said your name is now Satan.

I think that is the movie The Prophecy? By the bible, what I can tell, he wanted to give humans knowledge and free will, and god didn't like that ideal. Hmm, Satan is the same as Prometheus. He gave fire to man. And was punished by one of the other gods. Just like satan. Its another bible story that was stolen from another religion.
