My suspision is on Isaiah. Difficult to understand IMHO and somewhere he says 'All the people in the world will go back to the countries they came from'

No, but getting drunk a time or two does not make one an alcoholic, I have gotten drunk a couple of times , but was never an alcoholic, In fact, alcohol makes me very ill, and I have not had a drink since...1990, Am I an alocholic?

Noah was not a prophet, but a survivor due to righteousness.
I don't recall anything in Isaiah to cast a Shadow of alcoholism on him.

It wasn't easy to be a prophet. Nobody believed you until after they killed you and they usually did it by really nasty means like stoning. Who could blame them for having a drink now and again?
