i have to study the psycology of a leader n state wat makes him/her an effective leader...any ideas as to who i can do it on...plz no jfk or gwb or saddam hussien...thanx

Am I correct to assume that the "leader" you refer to is not necessarily a head of state?

Try people like Ariel Sharon, Gandhi, Heinz Guderian, Alexander the Great, Scipio Africanus. There are many books about them & some leaders (most not mentioned here) even have their own books which make it easier to try reading into what makes them tick.

Do they need to be a current leader? If not, how about Jimmy Carter, Winston Churchill, or one of the Roosevelts?
