I am thinking of buying a run down bungalow and want to know a 'ball park' figure (per sq meter or sq foot) for cost of such works.
The property is is Wiltshire.

no such thing as ball park figure based on the details u provided (none) get 5 diff builders to give quotes and negotiate with the most respectable company to match the lower quote

Generally renovations labor cost twice as much as new construction. You got to tear it down before you build.

find yourself an unqualified builder who is capable of carrying out 90% of the work offer him a weekly wage and a good bonus if he finishes by a set date , its the cheapest way .
