I have heard people talk about/use the phrase quazzie moto. I just don't know who the hell their talking about.

Quasimodo-The Hunchback of Notre Dame-a classic novel by Victor Hugo-tells the story of a malformed,hideous, squint-eyed man with a hump on his back who kidnaps fair maiden Esmeralda. The phrase is commonly used to describe someone ugly.

Quasimodo - Victor Hugo's name for the bell ringer in the story "The Hunchback of Notre Dame".

When you here people referring to another as "quasimodo" they mean UGLY (as ugly could get). It is a pejorative term, used by some.
