My mom used to throw in a tin of tuna and called it tuna casserole. My brother and i practically lived on the stuff. Now i make it for my kids with tuna, peas & sweetcorn mixed in and some crumbled up crisps on top. Yum.

my mum used to add chopped ham and mushrooms, then she would make a "well" in the pasta and crack an egg into it, cover the egg with grated cheese (do one egg per person) and bake for around 20 minutes til the egg yolk is set. It is yummy!!

Brown some minced onions and bell pepper with some bacon - crumble up the bacon and mix everything in. It'll add flavor and color!
