Even though things seem terrible think about the positive. Your nephew DID make it. Take a walk and try to find the beauty in things. Not only will the fresh air make you feel better but just getting your mind off of the negative things will help you also. Do something nice for yourself go get a massage or a facial and just relax. I'm not kidding simple things like this really do help.

I think if you add up all the negative things that are occurring in your life, you'll see that someone's trying to send you a message. Look up and see the light. Find some new friends... friends that encourage you to be positive and love yourself and to help be of strong support for you during hard times. I hope that your family is there available for you when you need them. Seek a Christian church, maybe an Evangelist church. They're usually pretty down to earth and don't do any "weird" things.
I hope you can find some peace without resorting to any bad habits or any other negative behavior.
take care and you'll be alright!

I would just keep thinking postive, and know that adventually things will get better, they always do, and things could also be worse. I am not sure what type of medical problems you are having, but they could be from stress. Do things to keep your mind busy , and don't sit home alone. Write things in a journal to relieve stress. Things will get better.

you are doing the right thing through prayer and such, I think you need some support from professionals. They have social workers at all hospitals and if you are a church goer utilize your pastor.
when times get tough for my self I go to the river and ask for help God is always with us and I truly belive that we all have the answers with in we just need to hear our own voices ask the question. I hope this helps some.

I struggle with this thought every day, too! You are right, though, you can't run from the problems. just take it day by day and if possible talk it out with someone or write stuff down! it really helps to get it out and not keep it all inside.

None of your problems seem severe enough to justify depression. You may be depressed because of a chemical imbalance. I think you should try to improve your diet. Eat more raw fruits and vegetables. Try taking some B-complex, SAMe, 5-HTP, and L-Tyrosine.

Look at the plus side - at least your nephew did make it! I am sure you can find something positive to focus on instead of all the negative. And no, I am not one of those people who find good in every situation...I'm just saying focus more on the good instead of the bad.

Get some exercise. Some serious exercise. It will lessen your stress level, give you a sense of well being, and make you stronger (mentally and physically). And persevere
