I will answer your question with the belief your mother is in the United States legally and as such entitled to all the rights grated her by our government and the immigration department.

The best advice I can offer is to contact your local Social Security Office which will be listed in the phone book or call their Washington DC office. Understand you will be placed on hold as wait times can be long. Hope that helps.

Medicare is for people who spent their lives working here and paid into the Medicare system...knowing that when they got too old to work, they would have health care.

It was NOT designed so that we could bring old people from other countries who haven't worked a day in the U.S. and let them steal from the system.

I wish your mother good health and the best of luck, but you should purchase insurance for her and not expect the rest of us to pay for her.

Try putting her on your health plan or apply for assistance until your mother becomes legal.

I agree with yo 100%, you mom never pay tax, never work here. why should we (people work here and pay tax ) pay for your mom? You want her here so you have to pay for it, she is not my mom
