You need to seek professional mental help, not be posting on Yahoo.
If you don't have insurance, call the local government hospital or a place that accepts Medicaid.

You've spent a lot of time living for others. It's time to start living for you. I know you love your loved ones...but death is part of life. I'm sorry for the sickness and loss of those you love. You need to finish school. You need direction from someone positive. The professional help you've had didn't work so try a new angle like cognitive behavioral therapy to work through your thoughts and feelings in a positive way. At 17 I didn't always know what was going on in my own mind or know what end was up and what end was down half the time...it's hard enough to be a teen but you've had some very hard responsibilities you've taken on. I would hope there may be other family you could turn to as well? If not, try the therapist and I wish you the best.

You have 2 options.
The first one is simple and the easiest. Put your head under a moving train. But that can be done by any fool on this earth. No thrill in it. Life is only once. We don't have to kill ourselves. We just wait and see what is happening around us, enjoy. Death will arrive on its own.
The second choice is the most difficult. Here you have to look for solutions, face real problems and live above all. You don't have to fight alone, other people are here. Some of them are called psychiatrists, crazy fellows but they are helpful. They will give you some drugs, it may or may not work. Then you have to try different drugs and atlast you will find a suitable drug for you. After 3 - 6 months of treatment you will feel better. I am not kidding. Find a Clinical Psychiatrist and start treatment as soon as possible. Environment is a bit cruel for you. But you can manage them, forget things that hurts you.
Start taking Paroxetine or Zoloft. You need a Mood Stabilizer if you have bipolar disorder. Talk to your doctor. Do not hide anything.

need to start putting your self first and there is absolutely no need to feel guilty or selfish about doing that. Get out find a hobby try doing what you enjoy the best. Everything that as happened to you has happened for a reason though you may not see it that way. Everything that happens in life does for a reason. You need to please stop dwelling in the past in order to move forward. Its difficult but you must maybe if you talk to a therapist it sound like you just need someone to talk to and wont judge you see a theripist I know it may sound like I'm controdicting myself. Excercise, find out info on how and where you can take your GED and try looking for job apply at supermarket you dont need a ged for that I dont think just to maybe get you started. You dont have anything holding you back or tying you down go out there and do it. Put your self out there and ask for informantion.Study and get your license you need that. You dont need to take a class to get your license, study the manual pass the computerized test and driving test and you got your licesene. Just make some phone calls . The comments everyone here has given are all so true. I wish you lots of luck.

You need to finish your schooling so you can actually get a job. Look into online GED options. Even taking one step to improving your life can make your outlook better. Once you have a job with health benefits, see a psychologist. Everybody loses people they love, and you can move beyond it. Your problem is you have nothing to call your own, and no accomplishments built up at this time. Only things that you didn't finish. The GED is step 1. Good luck.

No one but you can fix this. You have a typical defeatist attitude
You need a major attitude adjustment. Your strength comes from within. To take your own life is certainly your prerogative, however it is the cowards way out. Get you *** in gear and change your life, no one else can do it for you.
