it is always sad when a family member dies. But a car accident is just that an "accident" I dont expect that you will ever not be prejudiced about that though. Illegal immigrants are a huge tax...they pay all taxes...they just dont ever get returns...they are a huge tax going straight to our govt!

ok digital genius...are you fully educated in immigration laws? I dont hope to change their views...I am asking if they did educate themselves more on the immigration laws...would they still feel the same way...thanks for avoiding the question altogether.

unfortunately if an American went to Mexico (for example) illegally they would not be sent home. They would be fined then given a tourist visa.

ok blinkie. this is a good example of what i am talking about. You act as if you took a plane to the US they would let you in, they would not. Also they dont just have enough money to fly here, they borrow it from people (family, and friends) here, then work here to pay it back.

Dar unless you have gone through the legal immigration process, I really doubt that you know more about it than I do. But think what you want.

The tax ID # is for reporting your taxes to the government under your name. Most illegals work under a false (not yet issued) SSN. Without a SSN they are not legally allowed to work. The tax ID is used in the case that you are here under a visa, but do not have a SSN, or you are here illegally and are married...you must prove to the govt that you are paying your fair share of taxes, but dont want to admit to working illegally. So you are really paying twice the taxes.

I live here because this is my country and i choose to work here and make more money. I am not a legal resident of Mexico. I know nothing about the organization called La Raza...or MECHA for that matter.

I was NOT born in Mexico, and am a natural born American citizen. I am white. You really have no idea what you're talking about do you? Just come on here to insult me?

The anti-illegals are you put it aren't uneducated, it is hard to get into this country for a reason. I want to know what prevents people from filling out some forms and waiting their turn like everyone in line is doing.

Why do illegals think they are better than the guy waiting?

I am anti-legal due to the fact , illegal immigration into this country is against the law. There are laws in place to protect the the country and also the American worker. The illegal worker is taking jobs for less pay and the American worker is suffering.

There are guidelines to be followed to come into this country - we are not anti-immigration.

How would you feel it someone turned the tables on your argument and used it to get out of drug smuggling , kidnapping or even murder? All of those are illegal activities- when is one justified ?

Illegal immigration is not a victimless crime it hurts every American in lose of jobs, rising healthcare costs , school budgets and taxes.
~~~~ Thanks for emailing me Anne - your reply was telling~~~~
Subject: Illegal immigration.
Message: If you have lost jobs to illegals you must have a resume filled with positions of cleaning toilets, changing diapers, digging ditches, cement work and working in a restraunt kitchens.
SInce you can, why don't you go to college and get a degree and get a real job?
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Thank you Anne for showing the world how much you appreciate the American work force. I was trying to be logical in my answer but that is above you. Construction is a very well paying job in this country and in Pennsylvania many workers are being replaced by illegals who will work for less.

American workers have children to feed also.

Mendi8a they don't get returns what is the id tax about ? Why do you demand that every Mexican be allowed to come here no need to bother to check who they are where they are coming from what kind of life is there before here.Mendi8a Mexico gives you a vista depending on how far into the country you are.But trying entering Mexico see just what documents are required. America has laws and these laws were in place before you decided America simply has no right to have immigration laws. Why you feel America must accommodate every Mexican from Mexico to come here and anyone who oppose your beliefs is racist. It's nice to see you have dedicate your life time and money to Mexico. I really don't know why you even bother to live here all you do is complain what a terrible unfair country this is.But I guess with employment at La Raza you can't move. Rubbish you know all about those places you been even in every rally you can attend La Raza is a main supporter.What your saying is it's considered moral to submit false documents in your country you support this? Your from Mexico how can this be your country you have to be born here. That tax ID brings in bigger refunds then you suggest when lying is a way of life an illegal will claim 8-10 people on that tax return. No they don't pay twice the taxes if they work under a false SS# that's their problem they have to take the responsibility and feel the responsibility for their actions. In your Mexico world all illegals have no responsibility.Why don't you just leave this terrible country return home to Mexico.If you want to think your white-you want to think your white as far as I can see.Rubbish on La Raza huh?. Go home and stop blaming America for all your problems. Viva To Mexico

It should be hard. I'm well educated in immigration laws. It shouldn't be easy to get into the country and get citizenship, you should have to prove you deserve to be here. We already have enough natives on welfare and getting subsidized health care, we don't need any more. I work with an office full of professional and legal immigrants who share the same opinion. They came here legally, they did it the hard way, there should be no "awww I'm so sorry, are your feelings hurt that you have to go through the same thing everyone else did?". From the moment an illegal immigrant steps foot on US soil, he/she is breaking the law. Is it unfair oh my god cry me a river that there are some countries that won't accept immigrants from the USA? (Meaning a US citizen wants to move to that country) Yes, it's unfair. But what do you think will happen if a citizen of the USA goes there illegally? C'mon... you can do it.... think real hard now... They'll be sent home. **By "There", I wasn't referring to Mexico in particular. I have absolutely no desire to ever visit that country. If you had read what I had said, and had any knowledge of global immigration laws, you'd know exactly which countries I am referring to.

All of my coworkers are college graduates, and our office is one of the best structural engineering firms in the area. I'm actually the only person in this office that was born in the United States. I have no problem with them or other legal immigrants. They did it the hard way, so can everyone else.

The majority of them already know about the immigration laws. Would they consider educating the rest? Is the question. If an illegal immigrant can pay a certain amount of money to be transported across the border, why can't they buy a plane,train,or bus ticket to come here. Once here then apply for whatever they need to live in this country?

Assisting several Soldiers in the past on becomming citizens, yes, I know the laws. Now, follow them.

I know how hard it is and it is like that for a reason. We have the laws and illegals have decided NOT to follow them. Already they have broken the law and they are not a citizen or a possible citizen yet.

Illegal's are not above the law and must abide by it just like everyone else.

Short and simple

Quick edit...

Those that jump to conclusion are ignorant, yes. Still, there is a process and we must follow it. Why people do spout off? Because they can...

No and they don't care. They are here for the Money. They have all kinds of problems to take care of ,but the main reason they take the chance and break our laws, is that their country won't give them a decent wage or chance at a better life. They actually promote the idea and thus add to their GNP. It won't get any better until we get their homeland to take on the idea of giving their people a real chance at a better life with common living wages and benifits.

what are you running away from? If your country is so miserable, maybe you should try to stay and make a difference instead of bringing your problems somewhere else. Immigrants are a huge tax on our economy. I don't mind those that come here legally, and pay the same dues as all other citizens, it's the ones that kill my cousin in a car wreck and walk away scott free because the law can't touch them that I have a problem with.

I don't suppose it ever crossed you mind that it's hard it is to become a legal resident in this country for a reason? Or that we have every right to make it hard? Because it's our home.

Basically, until you open up your front door and let all the bums on the street move in so they can have a better life, you're a hypocrite for even making this argument.

The immigration laws are a means of screening the potential citizens. If the laws were loosened, why bother having laws at all? The laws are there to control the nation's intake of immigrants, not to be an unnecessary bureaucracy.

It is hard to became a legal resident in EVERY COUNTRY! Just because we didn't screw up ours as bad as the rest of the world, you think that gives them the right to just walk over here and do whatever they want?

We ARE educated. It is the ignorant, whiny, bleeding heart robots that think that illegals should be given the prize of citizenship just because the figured out how to sneak across a national border.
