i wear them every day and wash them once per week with mild shampoo and cold water and leave in conditioner is there any help

Put it in a ponytail or pin it up. Brush your braids/extensions with a wig brush from the bottom up, softly and gently. Also add a little sheen or grease to keep it shiny instead of looking brittle and dry. trust me I know, I do hair, braids and styles, so I know what I am talking about. I been doing hair over 10 years. That should help with the tangling.

This is one of the main reasons people don't want synthetic hair. Next time get real hair.
Use a wide tooth comb for now...you can't actually prevent it from happening, but you can gently comb it out.

you can't it will tangle...ecspecially if you go in the sun, it will melt slowly. I have NEVER had any luck with synthetic. I only go for remy humair hair now.
