Yes you can, but it really depend on the dosage and I would suggest you to consult your doctor first and don't take chances with your life if this is not directed by your doctor.

1st talk to your doctor. If its being prescribed you need to talk to the folks writing the scripts. Both are opiates and overdosing is possible depending upon dosage, tolerance and a variety of other factors. If your obtaining them off the street, get help.
