BJT is an acronym that can stand for either:

* Bipolar junction transistor - a type of transistor.
* Business Japanese Proficiency Test - a business japanese language test administered by JETRO.

1. Go to Google
2. Type "define: bjt" --or any other acronym or word (without the quotes)

Note: I didn't use to have any luck with "define:bjt" (without the space after the colon, per their directions) -- but they have apparently fixed that. Both syntaxes seem to work now.

If you haven't stumbled across the Google Web Search Features page (Ref. 1), you aren't tapping the full potential of Google. (It even has an "answers" feature;)
