An infection possibly, likely caused by an overload of toxins in your body. If you are overweight, fat tissue stores toxins - toxins can have serious consequences.
Our bodies have traces of up to 400 chemicals in them on average, which shouldn't even be there, (Canadian and British Research). The immune system becomes heavily overloaded in trying to identify them and dispose of them. Cramming antibiotics down your throat is hardly a healthy approach, you will simply be loading more chemicals into an already stressed system.
Once your immune system begins to weaken from all this loading, you may start to see visible signs (the visible signs are the easiest to deal with).
If you want some more information, drop me an e-mail via my profile - we'll get back to you.
take care.

Sounds like folliculitus or hydradentis supertiva, Definately get checked by your doctor, do a search on the net to get an idea of what these diseases are like. Change you diet to include more fruit, vegetables and water. General consensus says antibiotics help relieve symptoms but will not make the problem go away!
Good Luck.

I had the same problem, I had antibiotics from the doctor that made no difference. This went on for 12 months and I had18 boils in all. I had an appointment for my annual check up a my dentist he found I had an infection in my gum and recommended I had the tooth out, after a further course of antibiotics it cleared up and Ive had no problem since.

there are a couple of reasons that you may have boils. one could be that you have type 2 diabetes and have yet to be diagnosed, secondly you could have foliculitis, which is just ingrown hair, and thirdly if your clothing is a little tight and rubbing on your thighs or breast it could also cause some kind of skin infection. also staph is not airborne, we all have it on our skin. you may need an oral antibotic, an antibiotic cream or an incision and drainage of the boils if they are very large. you should see your primary md, have fasting blood work and then perhaps a referral over to a dermatologist. good luck

There is a condition where people can get recurrent boils/abscesses in the skin. I am not sure if this is what you have but have a read of this stuff. It's called Hidradenitis Suppurativa

Hi - have you spoken to your doctor or a dermatologist / skin professional? Sounds like you have an underlying problem there. Reckon they woukd be your first 'port of call'. To help relieve the discomfor, put a flannel as hot as you can stand on the affected area(as), this will draw any pus to the top of the skin and make it erupt sooner (gross I know but it helps!)

Don't know the cause but would think for sure you need to see the medics and have oral antibiotics and may be topical - cream or lotion as well but get something done. - saw a boil on a guy's thigh when I was in the forces and it was as bad as a gunshot wound

both are roughly the same except when it comes to protein. ALMOST ALL veggies include a respectable amount of protein; fresh fruit does not.
