That's money down the drain.
Start with iron. Folic acid(if one does not eat enough veggies)
Kelp. Or maybe just hair vitamins.
Multi-vitamin.
Eating right,at least one 'nutrious' meal.

I've worked in hair deal with about 5 years now and truthfully Nioxin is the first-rate there may be. Of direction, everybody is different and a few persons's our bodies don't react the same to the same merchandise. Also, there may be simplest a lot Nioxin can do. My friend uses shampoo that originally was made for horses.It works so well on people for hairloss that they sell it in Walmart now.Not sure the name but they should be able to tell you if you ask about the horse shampoo

You should go see a salon professional and discuss exactly what the issues are. And if the hairloss is extremely bad consult a doctor for more extreme measures. If you go to a salon, ask about Nioxin for thinning hair.

I knew a woman who had lost alot of hair and you could see her scalp all over. She started using Rogaine and within 3 or 4 months we could see new hair growth. I don't think this works this way for everyone but it's worth a try.

There is a product that is sold is some hispanic markets, it is actually a bar soap and it is made out of tomatoes and you wash your hair with it. It promotes thickening and hair growth, my ex-husband used it and it helped his hair.
