Um no- simply put NO. You cannot see this young man, even if you have seen him before, simply because he has now been with not only you, but your cousin and friends as well! Respect yourself and your body and tell him that even though you think he would be a fine friend, you want nothing more than that with him.
If he asks you why- tell him that you want a man who respects himself as much as you respect yourself. And that you wont settle for someone who thinks it is cool to be all out there like that.
Trust me- there are plenty of HOT guys in this world who will treat you right and only want you for you! But rule of thumb is that you cant be with someone who has messed with someone close to you- its against the rules...

Yeah he wants to get some a*s*s*...why waste your time with some guy that has been with everyone from ur friends to ur own family? Perhaps he is cute, but obviously he uses his looks to get what he wants and now his target for the time period is you. There are other guys in the world that are physically appealing but youre not going to meet them or have an opportunity to be with them if your wasting your time on this scumbag.
