people to worship me, and I certainly would not tell them the only way to heaven is through me. I find this both disturbing and arrogant. What about you?

Satan found God to be arrogant as well. How on earth can the created one find its Creator to be arrogant? He is the Creator and you would be nothing without Him. The very least you can do is to bow down and worship, and that God shouldn't even have to ask for.
God has sooooooooo many blessings that He desires to bestow upon you, even in your hate toward Him, He loves you. You are "kicking against the goads", (Acts 26:14), resisting Him every step of the way, yet He provides you with breath after breath, to speak the hate that you speak toward Him. What Grace and Mercy He has for you, for all of us when we are like this.
My prayer is that your eyes might be given the blessing of Heavenly perspective that you might one day know that He alone is God and worthy to be praised, forever and ever! ~Amen

Frankly, I find it more "disturbing and arrogant" that anyone would think a regular human being could possibly do what only God can do!

Um...how could you secure their "blessings of heaven" if they were not willing to accept your sacrifice in their behalf? Jesus has made this sacrifice and requires us only to accept his sacrifice and reach out and take the help that he is offering us. What could possibly be disturbing or arrogant about such a selfless act of love???

Yes, I find you both disturbing and arrogant. If you don't mind giving your life for humanities sake, then why haven't you done it yet? Thousands upon thousands of people are dying every day, waiting for your sacrifice to save them. Maybe you're just full of bullsh*t, though, and wouldn't die for anybody's sake but your own.

I agree you are disturbed, but if you can't see your own arrogance in the way you shake your fist in God, your Creator's face, then how can you say anyone else is arrogant?

Yes, I do too. How selfless and kind of you to offer. I would only do that under certain conditions like no torture, just a quick death of some kind, and of course my own afterlife security in comfortable surroundings. :)
I pity the fool who died for humanity and wants to be worshipped like his daddy.

well giving up you life would be worthless to a christian. no sinner can take your sins, only a sinnless perfect GOD could. people who don't know JESUS are usually disturbed and arrogant, which explains your feelings. turn to JESUS and you won't be disturbed or arrogant.

I am glad that you would not do that it would be blasphemy. For only Jesus has that right. After all HE gave His life on the cross to earn that right. So thank you for not trying to fill his shoes. He is very deserving of all the honors bestowed upon Him
