No putting out is not the best way to get a guys attention. It will get you attention but not the kind you want. Just be yourself and enjoy life. Guys will notice you.

You will definitely get his attention, but is that the kind of attention you want? Men like the chase, the challenge, and the best way to get a mans attention in my opinion is just the opposite of grandma.

Yes it's very true. That is the best way to get his "attention", but it's the worst way to get love, respect, companionship, or honesty from a guy.

Woah! easy now granny. I'm sure a very large precentage of men would agree with her, but shes a bit overboard. If you put out to soon, guys will just view you as easy and dump you for the next harlot that comes along. Just be yourself, and be nice. Guys like it when girls are friendly and outgoing, and they like it when you dress sexy and exude confidence in yourself. A nice smile always helps to!

well then, truth hurts, It is true some guys like those kinda girls that put out...it kinda depends on what kind of guy you like...badboy or the nice guys? bad boys are definately "put out or get out" but nice guys will like you for you.
