Your cat may have a urinary blockage, where crystals form and block the urethra, kind of common in neutered males. You must get your cat to a vet to get it unblocked before the toxins build up in its body! You also may have to alter the cat's diet to prevent this from happening in the future.
Go to a vet today!!

I sympathize with your desire to have a child but this is a Bad, bad BAD idea! Legally: Not only can your friend get fired if caught, in most places this is a felony. And you are an accessory. Unless you want to have a baby in jail, forget it. Biologically: There is a reason in vitro fertilization is a low yield proposition: The conditions do not favor impregnation. That is why it usually takes a number of attempts. Let's face it - the "usual" way of fertilization usually takes a several attempts (on average). Ethically: People who donate sperm do so under very strict conditions and under the assurance that their genetic material will be used appropriately. They have a right to have that expectation fulfilled. And what would you tell your child? That they were the product of a crime? Please reconsider.

Especially if your cat is male this is an emergency situation. Many male cats get blockages in their urinary tract and they can die from renal poisoning in just two days.

Please take your cat to a vet IMMEDIATELY and have the vet determine if this is the case. Your cat's life is in danger!

Not pee-ing for over 24 hours means the cat's in trouble. That period of holding it in is toxic for PEOPLE, let alone tiny little kitties...
Call the vet, I hope you're not late...

Has he been eating and drinking? It could be kidney stones which are preventing him from peeing. Has he been vomiting at all. Take him to the vet asap.
