We have been dating for 6 weeks, things have been going great...spend a few times a week together, talk every day in some way shape or form...last week he brought me flowers to dinner and was talking very futuristic, we exchanged texts all week flirting about how much we liked each other etc....he has been kinda distant the last two days, we are going to a movie and dinner tonight. Not sure what to expect......He claims he really likes me, what would cause him to be distant, I know he is tired and getting sick...should I worry? He is going to a wedding with me this saturday

Don't rush things. He may be a little gun shy, could be going faster than he likes. Men are weird like that.

Going to a wedding after dating 6 weeks. That is tough. Like his life is flashing before his eyes. The wedding thing has got him to thinking. He could be wanting a serious relationship, but he does not know how to approach you. It could be that he does not want a too serious relationship and the wedding thing could send you the wrong signals. Chances are, he talked with his buddies and now he is over analyzing everything. Then again, it could be a little under the weather.

Give him a little space and see if anything is different Saturday. Guys sometimes overanalyze things that seem to be going too good like we're waiting for the other shoe to drop. I'd also say enjoy your dinner but don't hesitate to flirt a little and see where that goes.

Sometimes, guys (and girls) will act distant after awhile to lure you in a bit more. You get worried, you become more attentive and it makes them feel better. Another way to look at it.....I am sick right now and don't have the energy to do anything and my gf is just standing by waiting for me to get better. Just be patient.

going by your questions that you have asked, you worry WAY too much. you are going to run this guy off if you dont calm down and take things in stride. Im sorry but thats the truth.

I wouldn't worry about it....Maybe he's feeling sick, or he's just been really busy....Who knows?
