i have va romanian driver licence and i want to excenge in an uk driver licence....can i do that ?

sal ramona! nu cred k poti sa-ti schimbi permisul romanesc intr-un permis britanic. cred k va trebui sa dai un nou examen de conducere. ma bucur k am gasit si eu p cineva din Romania k m-am saturat sa tot scriu in engleza.

No need. You apply for a uk driver's license and keep the other.

nu stiu draga, dar cred ca trebui sa iua examin inca odata.

Why dont you ask the DVLC. They are on the telephone and have a web site

You can't just change it, you'll need to do the tests like a new driver.
Go to www.DVLA.gov.uk
