Why do God have to reveal Himself to you. Is your faith not enough? God reveals Himself to you everyday in His works, you just chose not to see Him in that. If you can ask questions like this and have an impact on say 12 people why not ask a better question showing God's grace and make a better impact on people by way of showing them what God is all about. And you only need to sow the seed of knowing God and yes if you can make a change of 180 that is great, but a seed is just as great cause then they get curious and want to know more.

You ARE someone special in Gods eyes. He gives us free will. It's up to you whether you choose him or not. But never think that you aren't special to him. Sometimes ppl may get a sign from God but it may not be what they were expecting. It may be in something very small that made you stop for one brief moment to think. I feel the same way. I try to envoke a smiteing, just to see if it's even possible. Always the same results, nothing. I've tried that kind of bribery too, still nothing. Good luck, and if he does, please let us know. But I doubt it.
