I would like to know about new technologies for removing co2 from crude oil.

Amine solutions absorb CO2. The CO2 can then be desorbed in a pressure-swing scheme and re-used. I suppose you could do it in a liquid-liquid contactor, but since the CO2 is so volatile, I'd boil it off and use liquid amines to absorb the gaseous CO2 (from the methane, ethane, etc other gasses) in a gas-liquid contactor vessel.

In the gas phase, some zeolites might be able to be used as a molecular sieve. With pores the right size for CO2.

But an amine solution will be more specific for CO2.
