Your hypothesis is just as likely as any religions hypothesis, therefore it is possible depending on interpretation. But until science gains a better picture of the situation my beliefs are on reserve. Having said that, the possibility of life beyond our planet would seem highly likely based on the size of our universe, whether they have ever visited earth is unknown but just as there could be a god, there could be other life.

Try looking at ancient Incan artifacts, as well as the Nazca pictographs in the desert. Indeed, it does seem to reflect that something space-borne was going on.

I wish I could look up in the sky a hundred years ago. If you saw anything that wasn't a bird or a comet then guess what?

Your 'putting' modern images onto ancient drawings. they no doubt were not attempting to draw spacecraft, they just look that way to you and me and lots of other people.

For one thing, the "Chariots of the Gods" myth was debunked a long time ago. There aren't any such things.
