If you are maintaining a style, 4 to 6 weeks. If you are growing your hair, 6 to 8 weeks. Each persons hair grows at its own rate.

Any where from 4 to 8 weeks is good. But also go by how your hair looks if the ends are frizzy looking or its not holding a curl like it used to then its time for a trim.

Every 4-6 weeks if you're maintaining a style. 6-8 weeks if it's long and manageable and want it to grow. 8-12 if you really want it to grow, but only if it's in good shape. Best bet is at least every 6 weeks.
