Folliculitis usually appears as small, white-headed pimples around one or more hair follicles. I have what looks like bug bites on many parts of my body. My thumb, forearm, upper arm, armpits, back, legs, even between toes.

I appreciate all the answers, I have a water bed and took it apart last night and didn't find anything.

I also wash my bed sheets, pillow cases, blankets and comforter almost every other day since I got this.

Ask if it is Foliculistis-(maybe spelled wrong) looks like small pimples, mistaken for chicken pox. Do you play sports like football, soceer where you come incontact with the dirt and grass. My daughter gets it from soceer, from the dirt, your pores get infected she has to take antibiotics when she has a bout. I told a freind and she said her son gets it from football.

It could be anything, but most likely its just a reaction from the pool water. I had a similar reaction when I was a child because there was too much chlorine. If its that, it should clear up in a few days.

You could have bed bugs. They are very tiny and cannot be seen during the day. Have an exterminator check for them.
