Well I don't know that it will make you look more youthful but you could shave your balls and feel a few lbs lighter....and if you drop shrow in front of a girl she might comment that you have young looking testicles.....

Your eyebrows then the rest of your face. Eyes, lips and nose included. You will look like a newborn baby and just as smooth.
