Hi there!
I am pretty on top of this stuff. I have a lot of information on all the FDA approved and off-label drugs used to lose weight.
That said, I have not heard of one that is like phentermine that is over-the-counter. There are some that are prescription that are similar to Phentermine though. If you want this info, I can point you in the right direction.
My guess is that anything that is over-the-counter is some ephedrine related product, perhaps with an appetite suppressant and some mix of caffeine/asprin.
Of course, the normal side effects would apply here.

Just say no to drugs. You don't want that crap in your body. Good ol healthy diet, lots of sleep, and exercise is the best way to lose weight and get healthy.
