my friend who was adopted, biological mum's surname is this. she cant ask her parents and she found out about this when she was going thru her birth cert. she looks like she's indo-chinese mixed with indian.she's sure about the indian heritage but the other heritage is either thai, vietnamese, laos, cambodian or something around there.

Maybe the biological mother herself was a mix between dutch and indochinese?
