The money comes when you are blessed. It's like a package deal. Your blessed then all good things come money is just one of the perks.

You can't put a price tag on blessings. I've seen people (and animals) healed! But I've had blessings in the form of checks, too :)

Last time I checked most stores weren't accepting blessings in exchange for goods or services, sadly payment is thoroughly necessary evil.
