Trey, girls like to string along boys to see how many times they can get "attention" from him. If they think you are not going to ask them again, they will accept. Now, if they don't accept and continue to be vague (as in not answering your question directly) they are trying to be nice and telling you to move along, which you should do.
I understand that you are probably asking the girl to go with you, not necessarily to go to a given movie, etc. You know more about the way teens handle it today - I guess every guy is supposed to I.D. some girl who is "going" with him. Maybe you are asking the wrong girl - are you just going for looks, so you can impress the guys? If you zero in on a girl you have something in common with i.e. you both love basketball or the same kind of movie or music) then you stand a better chance. The brainless but gorgeous girl has a bunch of guys trying to get with her and she knows it and she plays it for all it's worth. The brainy and gorgeous girl has better things to do than play silly games. Brainy girls require guys who use their noggin. Brainless girls go for the jock - and they may deserve one another. Sometime before you turn 18 you need to start considering what a girl is in her heart, not just how well she plays the b.f. game.
I would ask her out for a specific date, i.e. get something to eat at a place that's different, not the same old thing; ask her to a movie on a specific date and time; ask her if she can help you with a homework problem and go to the library - getting a pepsi before or after. If she is still vague, she is telling you "no" but she doesn't know how.
Good luck!

When you guys had been associates to begin with it's nice to simply see him as a friend and nothing more cause should you guys end up relationship and it would not determine good then there goes the friendship. I understand how that is reason I wanted thus far a man that i have identified for 14 years but him and that i decided it might be high-quality not up to now each and every other and now each of us are married to specific individuals but despite the fact that he is in one state and i'm in a further state we still preserve in touch through e-mail or cellphone.

You have a chance but you shouldn't waist your time with someone who can't make a decision. I bet if you found another girl the one that says "I don't know" would want you too.

Sometimes you do and sometimes you don't. A lot of time a woman may not want to hurt your feels therefore they may say things of that nature. Instead of just coming flat out and saying that they aren't interested.
