Ask in the way you would any other date, be honest maybe even suggest changing advisors, at least your showing your genuine and not after their cash ;) !!!

Tell her you have to quit being her advisor because your personal feeling are getting in the way of your professional views. Once she is no longer a client, ask her out.

She will either accept your date, in which case there will be a time she would make that choice; or she will not accept your date, in which case, you remain the adviser and she knows you are interested.

Profession is different from this.
Feel franck to clear with him is he ready to take on u.
if not so better try on other may be ur client or anyone.

You don't! Not during business hours anyway. Try to find out a way to "run into" her on off hours, then ask her to have a cup of coffee. The rest will unfold as it's supposed to.

Who ever your interested in, just take the small talk you have (and I know in your line of work you do have that) and turn it into finding out their interests. When you come across a mutual interest, take that chance to ask him / her out.

LUNCH DATE? try to hint at meeting up at some place outside of work...
"oh, look i'm going on my break at whatever o'clock, maybe we could catch up about this over coffee/lunch etc."
keep it casual, and only do it if ur absolutely ABSOLUTELY sure she's interested.......
