i do 4 for sets of sixty crunches and some exerxises for the obliques, but i stop doing this in the summer and i starting again when you i expect to see results

It took me about four months, but I wasn't just doing the same excercises. I always did four or five different ab excercises in a session and I only did the same five for about a month until I switched them up.

LOL it took me ten years to get my sick six pack..... 157 832 crunches later ....so crunch up and you will get that sick pack soon(er or later)
