1. Some atheist come here to pick fights because it is always fun to watch people react in childish ways. It is easy to get people started in the, my god is bigger then your god thing.
2. Some atheists are here because they care about people and are trying to get blinded people back to reality. They truly care that people have been taken in by a scam and are giving their money away to a wealthy group of people, which pockets most of it. And preaches the word of god for finical gain only.
3. Then there some that are not atheists but are not religius either and are here trying to make up their minds if they think there is a remote chance that this god thing is real.
I am #2 in the list above and can't understand why people don't see religion as the biggest scam known to man. In an internet scam people try to get you to put your SS# Credit Card # and your pin number in a website that will record it so they can get money from your account. Or they make you believe that their idea is legal and you need to get 10 people to join and send everyone in the list one dollar each and you get rich quick. The scam in that one is you don't get anything for you money. This is the same with reglion. You are made to believe you are getting something for your money but you really are not. They are able to get you to just give them money for nothing. In the end your family is the one that will do without. It would be better if you played the lottery or just the slot machines. You have a chance with a cherry masher machine or a lottery to get something back and no chance to get anything back with religion.

They are not sure if they are (Atheist that is). Deep down they know that God exists. A man simply knows whether he's done wrong or right. No one else knows whether someone lies or cheat or etc - they can only guess.
But if someone is sincere in wanting to know the truth to anything at all, just check out your heart-beats at the time you are doing something, or feeling something for this matter. If your heart beats at a different rate than normal, you know something is not right. I believe lie detector uses the same reasoning.
For the sake of argument, why don't you tell a lie to somebody and check out your heart beat. You know you lie then...
To conclude, Atheist they are not. They are probably wanting to subscribe to other things than religion or faith. God knows they know. We know too.

Probably a joke. Possibly intended to point out the fallacy of religious logic. If there is no proof of God how is it fair to judge people who don't just believe anyway? How are we to know what we are supposed to believe without doubt? A Christian would say believe the Bible, a Muslim says believe the Koran, many others say the right religion doesn't involve that God concept at all. How would one know what is right? Christians claim God is just and loving so why would he condemn people for trying to be sensible? They are generally quick to say yes you all go to hell and put no further thought into it. Some atheist think that's funny.

They are tempting God. They want to believe that if God was real, he would instantly punish them for their disbelief. However, this is not the nature of God. He is longsuffering and patient. Someday all atheists will get theirs though.

Because atheist have faith in logic. It's logical to understand that if God exist, and He has created man, then man is accountable to Him and will stand in judgment before God.

Atheism is not a destiny; it is choice. And all choices may be altered.
You should tell them about God, pray for their improvement and trust that nothing is impossible to the One True God. If you don't have this strong faith, what is your worth before the atheists!

I'm actually deliberately asking questions that i know some Christians out there cannot(out of fear), or dont know to ask, but will have the opportunity to read the responses by Christians and atheist alike, and hopefully will see Christianity for what it is. Mind control itself. And see that they are not alone.
Socrates taught by asking questions, I attempt the same.

They are afraid because they don't want their punishment in hell when they die, so they try so hard to dis-prove God. There is no unbelievers in hell, They were unbelivers here in this life, but now since they are in hell, they now believe, But it is too late.

No they don't you are thinking of Agnostics, who wonder about the existance of God.
An Athiest does NOT believe in God, and thus asks NO such questions.
That is like asking if the Pope if he believes in the Easter Bunny, it is just silly.
PS I am not an Athiest or Agnostic.

I'm a Christian, but I think it's because deep down inside they really know their is a God and their interested but just haven't made that first step. Their being convicted and they probably just don't know it yet. God moves in He's own way.
