From everything that I've read I don't think it will. The house used online poker as an election platform. The Seneate is not up for election and really doesn't have the need to grab headlines with this issue. I hope this helps.

No i don't think that any bill will pass any time soon. So many people play poker on-line and these on-line company's have lots of money and lots of lawyers to fight any law in the courts for years to come.
