So -new girl in the office/city. I took her to the bars last weekend with some of my friends. One thing led to another- wham bam thank you mam. The sex was good, it's not awkward seeing each other, in fact I think she's trying to make things more serious between us, asked me to go to dinner last night. The problem is there's another girl in the building I like and want to persue. How do I tell my co-worker I'm not interested in anything more, since I already hooked up with her I don't want to hurt her feelings. It wasn't my intention to hook up with her, it just happened.

In that case you should've thought about that first! Man or woman, it's an unwritten rule of sex, NEVER HOOK UP WITH A CO-WORKER AT ALL! Good sex, bad sex, no sex, it doesn't matter. 9 times out of 10, it never ends good. You tell this girl you're not interested, she goes around telling "anyone" who'll listen you dogged her, it gets back to the girl you do like and she ain't going to give you a taste after hearing how you had a one night stand with a co-worker and than decided you're not feeling her, LOL! Nothing just happens lets get that straight. You wanted to bone her and now you want to dump her. That is pretty lame. I suggest next time you be more upfront about your intentions BEFORE sleeping with someone. Now you are going to have a pissed off woman working with you. Good job. If work didn't suck before it will now. That other girl, you might want to forget it because once she finds out what you did too the first one (and she will) she will be history unless she just wants a quicky. Face it when the first girl get done with you there wont be one woman in your building who will touch you except maybe the skanks and who wants one of those!

I am sorry, but sex doesn't "just happen" it takes two, and you could of said "no" I just want to be friends. I really don't know what the big deal is. I don't understand what you are asking. If I am reading the question right, you haven't really perused the other girl yet, and if that is the case then see where the relationship goes with this girl.

That's too sad.. if you didn't have any intention to take it seriously then you should have been more upfront with her to begin with. Now i feel that you should have an heart to heart talk with her.. explain it was not your intention to hurt her and things just went out of control. Be gentle and stay cool if she gets upset as she has the right to be upset with you.

Be honest with her. Let her know that you like to sleep around and that her turn is done! I mean, it sounds like you've done this before so I'm sure you wont have a problem letting her down easy.
BUT be sure to let the other female in your building that you like so sleep around before you sleep with her, that way she won't expect anything more when the deed it done.
Honesty is by far the best policy.

Right now don't tell her anything since your assuming she's looking for something more. If your not available when she asks just tell her. You tell her that you only want to be friends with bennies if she wants you to clarify the relationship.
