I have a recipe that calls for a 10 oz bag of frozen seasoning vegetables (note: not seasoned vegetables). I can't seem to find them anywhere and no one seems to know what they are at the food store. Any clues?

It's a recipe for Turkey Joes, a healthier version of Sloppy Joes, if that helps with the answer on what I should add.

Any vegetable that you eat mostly for the flavor it adds to the dish and not for the calories. Onions and garlic and celery are the most common, Spicy things like Jalepeno Peppers, too

tomatoes, potatoes, broccoli, carrots, leafy greens would NOT be.

I've never heard of frozen seasoning vegetables (most don't freeze well) so maybe they mean "any vegetables you like". what kind of recipe is it?

Maybe the recipe should say seasonal vegetables.
