im planning to apply a tourist visa to a country where my wife is presently working..my question is, should i declare in my application form that shes there working in that country? at present she's not yet qualified to any invitation
so her aunt is the one inviting me.is there any posibilities that i can have a tourist visa?

I wouldn't lie on the application if it asks for the information. The only time I have ever heard of a US CITIZEN being deported was when they lied on their initial application. It was considered retroactively invalid due to fraud.

i understand your situation, but I would not lie if asked, or it is asked for on an application! it may come back to haunt you!
