"Patia". Get a grip!!! This is not bullying!!
If I was a bully I would not be trying to find a nice way to say this, and I would have mentioned the name!!

Well people must think you have something to be able to tell her the truth, either a caring personality or a strong one! Maybe say you overhead a conversation with someone saying to somone else had they seen X's big white knickers, then say it had drawn it to your attention that when she uses the filing cabinet this is indeed true, was she aware of the fact? She what she says, if embrassed just say your sorry, but didn't want people to make fun of her, if she says she doesn't care, but the rest of the office find it offensive, then it might have to be dealt with by either personnel dept or her boss

So you can see massive white knickers. I am sure that there may be things that annoy her about you or other colleagues. If thats the only thing the girl is doing 'Wrong' and she does her job well, then you should all leave her to get on with it. Stop worrying about her knickers and all get on with your own jobs.

It's a kindness to tell her, she may not know. If it was you, wouldn't you want someone to tell you?
Just let her know exactly what you said in your question, when you sit down or use the filing cabinet, your underwear shows. Leave out the "massive" part. She already knows that she's a big girl, you don't need to tell her.

Mmm, that is really a tough one, you might say nicely that longer dresses or skirts seem more professional when you work since if they are too short they might show her underwear and that certainly wouldn't be professional, depending on how she answers you might even mention that you have inadvertly saw her underwear a few times and knows she doesn't want everyone seeing them.

hehe! sounds like the old dear down the corridor... Take a snap with your camera phone and send her the pic in an email at the office..OR Why dont you nip down to the knicker shop after work & buy a pack of nice thongs - In the morning leave them on her desk..

Make a joke out of it to her: "I see London, I see France, I see your underpants". Actually, just talk to her and tell her, "You may not be aware of this but...... your under garments are showing and the others are noticing. I didn't want you to be embarrassed, so I thought I'd speak to you alone to let you know." This is a polite and thoughtful way to approach the subject.

Explain to her that some of your colleagues have noticed hre underwear. Tell her it's just the way they are, nothing serious about it, however what about giving them a good reason to talk by wearing something else, less noticeable to them and add "That way, they'll have to look at you the person! And i bet you they'll all fight to be your best pal"

there is no polite of staying it i mean your only way is if you are the boss to tell they are unsuitable of have a quiet word and just drop in into conversation that you are always consiceous that your knickers are showing when you bend down and ask her if she ever feels like that

Instead of pulling her aside and talking to her, try e-mailing her. I know it seems really impersonal, but if you tell her this way she won't have to go through the embarrasment of everyone knowing that you have pulled her aside to talk to her about it. If someone asks if you have spoken to her lie and say you haven't. She may appreciate it more than you realise.
