our relation is only by phone ,she gave her phone number with out hesitate, we have now a good relation with phone,but every time i call but she neve call me still(10 days), i want to meet her and ask her i am fall in love with he but whem?what is the criteria to not lose her , do i have to be wait until or what /

Just make sure that you are not nervous 'cuz most of the guys asking out a girl makes them nervous, just be yourself and stay smooth. And just make sure that the words that you are saying are not too much that would embarass her.

You don't have enough of a relationship, if it's strictly over the phone, to be asking her if she is falling in love with you. Try to meet and do things together, and if she is falling in love with you, she will tell you, either verbally or by way of her actions.
In general, don't ask others if they love you; it can put a strain upon the relationship, if they aren't quite yet certain if they do. For if they cannot honestly say yes at the time, subconsciously the answer to them must be no, and if it is no, then their mind will begin to search for "reasons" to justify that subconscious answer.

she has no point to call you for, after all you are the one who wants her. some girls like being hard to get. and she knows for sure that if she calls you you will think she is in love with you. So don't be a looser buddy. Call her and tell her that you would like to know her much better. By that way she won't know what you are going to talk about it.And for sure you are gonna charm her. Just don't shower her with flattering words for she will think you are fake.GOOD LUCK

Don't worry about her not calling you, some people (men and women) just don't like calling people. So call her and if if she lives close by than ask her to meet you for a coffee and chocolate cake.
