You can be what ever you want to be, believe whatever you to believe. You should have a right to say whatever you want....no matter how much I disagree with it. Likewise I should have a right to say whatever I want...even you disagree with it.
If someone ask a question, I'll give them my answer (they asked!), and they can take it or leave it.
It's called freedom of religion and freedom of speech.
BTW, you are in fabulous shape for a grandma!

Yea for you!!! I am with ya, people get on their religous high horses and keep their minds closed!!
The religions that are supposed to welcome all into their houses seem to welcome no one that has an open mind.
I have studied many religions and all have their good and bad points. Do I think that any of them are right or wrong? It is not my place to say.
I think being religous should be spiritual. Find it somewhere inside of you whether it be Pagan, Wiccan, Christian, Catholic, Jewish, etc. etc.
The Atheists might not be religous but boy are they spiritual and good people.
Remember the USA was created because the fore founders wanted religous freedom. But once again, we are falling into prosecuting those that don't think the same as us...
Ok happy thoughts everyone :)

I'm fed up of all Holy wars. Any war or unpleasantness in the name of religion is farcical! All religions promote kindness to others, forgiveness and tolerance. I am also of no particular religious denomination, but went to catholic school so have a good understanding of religion. I can't understand why it's used to justify hate and pain.

I'm sick to death of fundamentalists thinking their religion should be law in the USA. Whether it's preventing gays from marrying, school prayer, teaching ridiculous creationism in schoos or posting the 10 commandments everywhere, I'm tired of it.
Bush even claims his god told him to go to war with Iraq. Bullsheet.
Our founding fathesr had every opportunity to delare the US a christian country and they very specifically chose NOT to do so.
Keep the "personal relationship" with your gods PERSONAL, and there would be little problem. Also, quite pointing your fingers at other christians saying "well, they're not TRUE christians" like I am. It's tiresome.
And hang up the "Love the sinner, hate the sin." It's stupid in the extreme.
Love the christian, hate the christianity.

I am of no specific religion. Many questions and some answers are just calculate to generate hate. I try to respond to these.

I guess I don't consider heated exchanges to be the same as holy wars.
