Not everyone is awarded heavenly life. The Bible says that the meek will inherit the earth and there will also be a resurrection of both the righteous and unrighteous and these also will reside on the earth for the unrighteous would not go to heaven.
The reason no one wants to die is because death is our enemy as 1 Corinthians 15:26 states: "The last enemy that shall be destroyed is death."
Also we have a desire to live forever as seen at Ecclesiastes 3:11: "He has made everything beautiful in its time. Also He has put eternity in their hearts."
Yes, we have a natural desire to keep living and soon mankind will have the joy of living forever on a beautiful cleansed earth. (Psalms 37:9-11)

I think that it's how you die that is worrying. If you knew that you would just go to sleep and not wake up, I think that would not be such a problem for most people. It's the fear of it hurting, being in pain or dying alone or traumatically that bothers one. I also believe that dying is like walking from one room into another. Last breath in the bedroom, next inhalation in the fresh air of a flower filled meadow or the moist salt air at the sea shore, or whatever is your favorite place to be. I believe that you will be met by loved ones who have gone before and seeing them will remove any fear that you had before or during your death. You will be saddened at leaving your friends and family behind but will be with them in spirit and watching protectively over them. I really do hope that it's like this. I'm counting on it!! Heaven is hopefully a place where I can rest from all cares and trials. No pain or tears, unless they are of joy. I'm counting on that too!!

Because even though many of us hope to be saved, death is still the ultimate penalty for sin.

Even Jesus had a hard time with it.

It's a lot like preparing to jump into a lake that is very cold. You know it's going to be a shock, so you naturally try to avoid it.

Those of us who have had near death experiences know that death is painless and actually rather peaceful.

It's still scary ... no matter how strong your faith.

I want to go to heaven to be with GOD, and to die is how i get there. you can't speak for everyone, so you can't say nobody unless you have spoken to everybody. it doesn't matter to me when the LORD calls me home, i'm ready.

I long to go and be with Christ, I am no longer a slave to the fear of death.

Heb.2:14-15
"Inasmuch then as the children have partaken of flesh and blood, He Himself (Christ) likewise shared the same, that through death He might destroy him who had the power of death, that is, the devil, and release those who through fear of death were all their lifetime subject to bondage."

because we only get one chance here on Earth and we must accomplish as much as we can while we are hear that's Gods plan for us to learn and grow so we can become more like him.The fear of death comes from our own inadequacies that we haven't yet accomplished as much as we could of.Once we have and if we know Gods plan for us the fear of death will go away.

Because they are cowards and hypocrites who really don't believe in the BS they spread. If they thought that there was a better place they would all be over in Iraq or Afghanistan right now trying to "fight the evil" against Islamic Relgion and Terrorists and risk their lives. Instead they let our children do it for them. @#$%^& COWARDS!

I can't wait to see Jesus. Only non believers are afraid to die.
Billy Graham said, I can hardly wait to meet Jesus face to face.
