Its been two weeks since it hapeened and I told her how bad I felt for doing that and a week after I had flowers sent to her house.

Depends on many factors....the age of the girl, how bad you made her feel, whether or not the slur has any justification, whether or not anyone else heard you, the depth of your sincere apology...etc.
Don't expect her to forgive you anytime soon....and learn to control your mouth, k?

Depends on what you called her and how degrading it was. If you called her it in front of a group of people, she'll wait longer to forgive you. You better kiss her butt and apologize.

Never, especially if you called her a name in front of other people, you will need to do some serious grovelling and apologise sincerely.

sooner than you think if you call her all sorts of good ones,,be nice,show you care and dont keep appologising,she either sees you are sorry or is milking it.but,,it has to be said,,if you,re an **** then you may not have the chance to be sorry,you may get dumped.
