I bought a whole stack of it, then found out my husband & daughter really don't care for it (its decent but not thrilling) Any suggestions on what I can do with it?

Have you ever tried grilled cheese made with pita bread.Open pita bread into two whole slices ,butter both sides of pita on the outside, add cheese slices to cover one slice and close and fry as you would a grilled cheese on regular bread,it's delicious.

Mix some plain yogart, diced cucumber, lemon juice, and olive oil. It makes a great Greek dipping sauce for pita bread (zatziki sauce - although I probably spelled that wrong).

Or try heating some Olive Oil in a frying pan, put the bread in there and fry it a little. just a little oil, your not deep frying it. A whole new spin on dry bland pita bread...

You can make pita pizzas or season them up with garlic or other herbs and bake to make pita chips serve with hummus or crab dip.

You can use it as a base for pizza -
grill one side of it
turn it over and cover with what ever topping you want and grill till cooked - quick and yummy.
