Here is the thought behind this: Whatever God says to do and we do it, we are worshipping Him...right?

2But since there is so much immorality, each man should have his own wife, and each woman her own husband. 3The husband should fulfill his marital duty to his wife, and likewise the wife to her husband. 4The wife's body does not belong to her alone but also to her husband. In the same way, the husband's body does not belong to him alone but also to his wife. 5Do not deprive each other except by mutual consent and for a time, so that you may devote yourselves to prayer. Then come together again so that Satan will not tempt you because of your lack of self-control.
1 Corinthians 7: 2-5

These make it clear that sex is important in a marriage.
Now here is the real question........
Have you been following God's word here when it comes to sex in your marriage ladies & gentlemen? Or have you been depriving each other?

A great question to make one think--St. Paul here thought that Christ was returning soon and wanted to make sure that his newly converted Christians would not fall to sin and be lost. Just before this passage he told them it was better not to get married at all, unless they needed an outlet for their sexual passions.

This does make it clear that sex is for a married man and woman only and that the Sacrament of Marriage is a permanent bond making the man and woman one flesh.

Yes--it is also clear that the couple is to use the gift of sexuality responsibly and never to withold any part of themselves from the other.

I believe it is a gift from God, to married couples. I do not deprive my husband or myself. I really don't think it's any of your business.
