My husband ate dog when he was fighting in Vietnam in the 60's. He said he didn't know what it was until the next day and that it was quite good. For some reason I think it would be all dark meat....so many Asian countries eat dog meat...I checked online....it's sickening.

I have 2 wonderful dogs. I saved my life and the other leads me around since he is a seeing eye dog. I wonder which one you would choose for dinner. Let me know so i can send him off to you for Thanksgiving.

If I were actually to cook dog, such as a shank, I would probably broil it with a red wine reduction, some onions, garlic and oregano
